What is UpRate?

UpRate is a software system built for plant hire firms to help them manage their assets and labour, collect timesheets and process invoices. It automates back-office tasks and processes for plant hire companies to help them improve their operations.

Get started with UpRate

To get started, simply:

  1. Create your account with this link

  2. Set up your company profile

  3. Invite your colleagues to your team

  4. Add your resources (assets and workers)

Once you've completed these steps you can begin creating contracts and assigning assets and labour to them. Any labour you assign will automatically receive weekly text messages asking them to submit their timesheet. We will also automatically create invoices for each job and organise any timesheets against these for you.
