Update your personal contact phone
Your contact phone belongs to your account. It is separate from the company's general phone number and registered-phone verification.
Save or remove your contact phone
- Open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select My account.
- Find Phone number and enter a valid number in Phone number (optional). Keep your first name and surname filled in.
- Finish editing and wait for the saving indicator. There is no separate Save button. Correct any phone validation message before trying again.
- To remove the number, clear Phone number (optional) and wait for saving to complete.
- Reopen My account to check the saved value. Where a Quote includes preparer contact information, check the actual document's preview before sharing it.
If saving fails, keep the account open, check the error and retry the edit. Saving a contact number does not send a verification code or confirm that the number can receive calls.
