Review conflicts and multiple bookings
A conflict means a selected resource already has booked work on a date in the new assignment. It does not automatically mean you should replace that work.
Resolve assignment conflicts
- Complete the full Create Assignment form and click Assign.
- In Review Conflicts, inspect the existing bookings against the proposed resources and dates. Click back to change the form instead.
- Tick I've reviewed all conflicts to reveal the resolution buttons.
- Click Allow All Bookings to keep the existing work and add the proposed bookings, allowing multiple bookings per day.
- Alternatively, click Overwrite Conflicts While Assigning to replace conflicts while assigning. This replacement cannot be undone.
- Alternatively, click Avoid Conflicts to assign only available slots.
Open one of several daily bookings
- Left-click the stacked bookings on the intended day to open the booking selector.
- In single-week view, left-click the intended booking in the selector to open the weekly contract editor. In multi-week view, left-click it to open that resource’s inline editor.
- Read the contract identity and date before editing.
- For actions such as Assignment Overview or cancellation, right-click the intended booking inside the selector.
Never choose an overwrite strategy simply to make a crowded sticker easier to read.
Change booked dates or change row height when you need a clearer view.
