Use Custom, Hire Contract and Invoice labels

Updated on First published Approx. 2 min read

Label display controls choose what the scheduler stickers represent. Changing the display does not apply a label, review a Hire Contract or change an invoice.

Change the sticker display

  1. In the desktop scheduler header, click Custom Labels, Hire Contract or Invoice. On a narrow screen, open Options and choose the same display action.
  2. Read the displayed status or label text on the intended booking and date.
  3. Click the active display action again to return to the normal customer colours.

Invoice is available with Invoice Manager. A display choice does not add that module or create any invoice.

Read each label display

  1. Choose the display for the record you need to check, using the controls above.
  2. Read the intended booking’s label or status text rather than relying only on colour.
  3. Follow the matching task below to change the underlying record; switching display alone does not edit it.
