Create your account and company

Use registration when you are setting up a new company. If someone invited you to an existing company, use their invitation link instead.

Register and verify your email

1. On registration, enter Email, Password and Confirm password.
2. Use at least eight password characters including a number or symbol. Both password entries must match.
3. Select Create account. On Verify your email, select Send code.
4. Enter the six-digit Email verification code, preserving leading zeroes, then select Verify email.
5. Check your inbox and spam folder if the code is missing. Use Resend code when necessary.
6. Enter First name and Surname. Read the linked UpRate terms and privacy policy, select the acceptance checkbox, and choose Save and continue.

Verified owners continue to company setup. An invitation follows its existing-company route.

The logo must be saved before completion. Selecting a file is not a completed upload: wait for acknowledgement. If a batch partly fails, use Retry remaining files after the saved document list has been checked.

Sign in with the same account to resume unfinished setup. Refreshing does not send another verification email. Use Log out before changing accounts. A failed logout leaves the current account active.

Complete company setup

1. Enter Company name, Address and Postcode in their separate fields.
2. Enter Phone, Company email and Website. All company fields and a logo are required to complete this setup.
3. Browse or drop one PNG or JPEG logo, up to 5 MB, into Company logo. Wait for the saved file row and thumbnail.
4. Optionally browse or drop PDF or Word terms documents, up to 5 MB each, into the company terms area.
5. Check each file’s status. After a partial batch failure, inspect the saved rows and use Retry remaining files for the unsaved remainder.
6. Wait until uploading and any deletion have finished, then select Complete company setup.

After setup, review company details.
