15 October 2026 — Appearance, timesheets and sales documents

Updated on First published Approx. 3 min read

The October release brings personal appearance settings, clearer sales documents and refreshed everyday controls. Your company's modules and feature settings determine which tools you can use.

Your colour and contrast

In My account → Appearance, choose a personal Theme colour and Normal or High contrast. Each choice saves automatically and follows your account across companies. It does not change your colleagues' preferences or customer-specific colours.

Follow choose your personal colour and contrast for saving and recovery steps.

Quotes and Pro Forma — BETA

Where enabled for the company, the contract's Documents table distinguishes Quote, Hire Contract and Pro Forma. Create a Quote to offer prices, then convert selected lines into a separate Hire Contract or Pro Forma draft. The original Quote remains unchanged.

Pro Forma payment confirmation is manual. Mark paid records your confirmation; it does not verify a bank transaction or settle an accounting invoice. Quote and Pro Forma creation/conversion need Sales Manager access and the company's sales document feature enabled.

Read the detailed Quote and Pro Forma BETA guides before using them.

Clearer editing, references and status

The document editor separates Your Ref from the contract PO number. Set tax on individual lines, or use the Tax heading menu to apply a choice to every item. Preview the resulting totals before sharing; an apply-to-all choice overwrites existing tax selections.

The document table makes type, number and status explicit. New-version, duplicate, complete, cancel and paid actions have different effects. Cancelling a sales document does not cancel scheduler bookings; a manual Paid status is not bank verification.

See document tax and reference controls and status actions.

Company settings and document invitations

Company settings groups Company details, Scheduler setup and Sales setup in tabs. Authorised administrators in enabled companies can maintain payment details for Pro Forma documents. These details must be checked before sharing.

Document invitation emails bring together the sender's message, document details, selected terms, supporting files and the signing action where required. Sending or a provider acceptance result does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Follow company settings and document invitation checks.

Timesheet drag and drop

The office Timesheet Loader adds Drag and drop your timesheet here, or browse after an assignment is selected. Inspect the filename and preview, then select Save. Dropping a file alone does not upload it; further files use Upload and Save individually.

Read drag and drop an office timesheet. The worker-link upload remains a separate workflow.

Invoice and scheduler refinements

Invoice attachment and send panels have been refreshed. Customer package inclusion decisions, internal attachments, recipient selection and the Review & Send confirmation remain distinct. Invoice Manager access is required.

Resource selection and scheduler row restoration have also been refined. Restore the existing resource instead of creating a duplicate, then check its row and bookings. Resource Manager access is required; restoring visibility does not recreate cancelled work.

Follow invoice attachments, invoice sending and restored scheduler rows.

Availability

This is an upcoming-rollout preview. Production release timing and the final application version will be confirmed separately. Existing production procedures remain in the guides, with changed instructions marked October preview. Quotes and Pro Forma remain BETA, with company access and feature enablement required.
