More reliable visible-week refresh

The Scheduler refreshes the week window currently in view. This keeps the displayed booking dates aligned with the selected week rather than refreshing an unrelated range.

No new workflow is required. Continue choosing your week and opening bookings normally. Read Navigate the Resource Manager for the available views.

Scope of this release

This note describes the change since the previous 16 September web deployment. It does not claim the earlier Scheduler redesign was introduced again in this maintenance release.
