7 October 2026 — Clearer confirmations and contract duplication

Updated on First published Approx. 2 min read

This release was deployed on 7 October 2026. These are the changes relevant to existing UpRate customers.

Duplicate a contract while booking

The contract selector used during assignment booking now offers contract duplication. You can prepare a similar job without returning to Sales Manager to recreate the contract.

Review the new contract before booking resources. Duplication creates a separate contract; it does not copy a PO number. See Duplicate a contract for the two duplication entry points and their different confirmation behaviour.

More reliable profile and customer loading

Profile and customer requests now handle overlapping loads and company changes more safely. Responses for an earlier company or request cannot replace the current view.

Clearer, consistent confirmations

Deletion and removal actions use the shared confirmation presentation. Removing a resource from the Scheduler explains the action before you confirm it.

Hiding a resource row and deleting booked slots remain different operations. See Remove and restore resources.

Company module access

Companies use Sales Manager, Resource Manager and Invoice Manager access at company level. The migration grants existing companies all three modules. Unavailable modules show an upgrade preview and contact information rather than disappearing from navigation.

This does not introduce a self-service purchase flow.
