Review timesheets submitted without an assignment
A worker can choose Other when the assignment is absent from the submission list. These files appear separately from contract-linked sheets.
Inspect or delete an unassigned upload
- Open Timesheets for the relevant week and find the worker’s Unassigned indicator.
- Select the indicator to open the unassigned document popup.
- Under Documents, select each file and inspect its filename, customer, site and dates.
- Use the close cross to finish inspection. This popup does not provide an assignment-transfer command.
- For an unwanted file, select its delete control, read the permanent-deletion warning, and choose Delete. Cancel to retain it.
For example, investigate a sheet naming South Yard when the booking shows North Yard. Check the actual allocation before using it as invoice support.

FAQ
How do I inspect or delete an unassigned upload?
Open the worker’s Unassigned indicator for the week and inspect the files. The popup has no assignment-transfer command; keep needed originals while the hire desk resolves the record. See inspect or delete an unassigned upload for the steps.
