Set contract information and chargeability

Use the information fields for their intended audiences.

Save hire-desk and workforce information

1. Open the saved contract and enter equipment requirements in Additional Equipment Information.
2. Enter office information in Information for Hire Desk.
3. Enter instructions intended for workers in Information for Workforce.
4. Finish each field edit and check saving completes. In the shared side panel, select Save or Continue.
5. Use Comments for Hire Desk for internal discussion on the saved record, and preview the Assignment Message before sharing workforce instructions.

The fields have separate audiences. Check the message output before sending information to workers.

Change contract chargeability

1. Open the contract and check its name and number.
2. Switch Chargeable off in the contract details. In the contract card menu, use Not Chargeable instead.
3. Check the saved chargeability state before returning to scheduling or invoicing.
4. To reverse it, switch Chargeable on, or use Make Chargeable in the menu.
5. Check an existing invoice’s included or excluded state separately.

For example, put Report to the north gate at 07:30 in workforce information and an internal paperwork follow-up in hire-desk information. Preview the Assignment Message before sharing.

Non-chargeable work can still be scheduled but is excluded from normal invoicing. This is useful for an internal training contract. Check the selected contract before changing it, and review an existing invoice's included or excluded state separately.
