2 November 2026 — Linked Price List items and saved ordering
You can now link items in your company Price List and choose the order of catalogue columns, dropdown options and items. This release also updates Quote template defaults, sent-message history and resource-detail saving.
Linked Price List items
Use Link items in an item's Quote details to group saved catalogue items. Selecting another linked group includes its members. Apply changes saves the links immediately; Unlink removes a member after confirmation without deleting catalogue items or changing existing documents.
When preparing a Quote, Hire Contract or Pro Forma, Open Price List shows linked items together. Select a group, remove individual lines you do not need, then Add Selection. Check the actual quantities, rates and charging periods before sharing.
See link and unlink items and add linked items to a document.
Arrange columns, dropdown options and items
In Company Settings → Price list → List, Arrange opens separate Columns, Options and Items tabs. Drag entries or use the move buttons. For dropdown options, choose the column first.
Apply returns the arrangement to the editor; Save Changes saves it for the company. The document item picker follows the saved catalogue order. Existing document lines keep their own order. See arrange the Price List.
Quote defaults and email history
Quote templates have Defaults for company terms, named CC recipients and a Default sending message. Exclude subtotal and Exclude total are independent. Changing a Quote away from a configured template default asks for confirmation and affects that Quote only. See set template defaults.
Opening Send or Resend prepares the current template message. Check its resolved wording and recipients before sending. Sent messages opens dated, read-only history where email invitations are recorded; older entries may show Message not recorded. History does not prove inbox delivery. See share a Quote and review sent messages.
Quote and Pro Forma availability still depends on the company's enabled features and permissions.
Resource details save together
Changes to a resource's name, mobile number or asset ID and general notes now stay in the editor until you select Save. Moving between fields does not save. A failed save keeps the draft open with an error so you can retry. See edit resource details.
This release also improves scrolling in signing documents and input controls, adjusts worker-menu placement and restores compact customer contract layouts.
